Leland K. Kovarik was born in Friend, Nebraska on April 2, 1938. He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1966. Lee received his B.A. at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1960, and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1966. While in college, he was a member of Delta Theta Phi. Lee has also served as City Attorney for the City of Gering, Nebraska since 1986. Memberships include Scotts Bluff County Bar Association (Secretary 1974; President 1975), Nebraska State Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates (Advocate), Defense Counsel Association of Nebraska. Lee's specialty areas of practice are products liability, personal injury, insurance, insurance defense litigation, and consumer law.

James W. Ellison was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on July 23, 1950. He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1976. Jim received his B.A. at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1972, and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1975. While in college, he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and Phi Alpha Delta. Memberships include Scotts Bluff County Bar Association (President 1996), Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Accociation of Trial Attorneys, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and Defense Counsel Association of Nebraska. Jim's specialty areas of practice are consumer products liability, personal injury, workers' compensation, and insurance defense litigation.

James M. Mathis was born in Oshkosh, Nebraska, on October 13, 1951. He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1977. Jim received his B.A. at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1973, and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1977. While in college, he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Moot Court Board. Memberships include Scotts Bluff County Bar Association and Nebraska State Bar Association. Jim's specialty areas of practice are real estate, wills, estates, personal injury and consumer law.
