Terms of Agreement:
I, hereby, agree, that by maintaining a directory on the PrairieWeb Server System (hereafter referred to as the System), I will abide by the "Terms and Conditions" posted electronically on the System. The prevailing "Terms and Conditions" document is located on the PrairieWeb Internet Site by selecting "Our Services", then "Terms and Conditions" from the PrairieWeb Home Page. The "Terms and Conditions" document is subject to change without notice. Any questions related to the "Terms and Conditions" document should be directed to the system administrator.
By using the System, I agree that by maintaining a directory on the System, I am solely responsible for the content of that directory. I understand that all of the content is either owned or copyrighted by me, or I have written documentation, on file, giving me permission to use content copyrighted by someone else.
As a subscriber, I agree, that should I ever be unwilling or unable to comply with any provision in the current "Terms and Conditions" document, I will immediately cease using the System and notify the PrairieWeb System Administrator of my intenet to close this account. I understand that any violation of the current "Terms and Conditions" may result in the loss of System privileges, access, and/or may result in legal action against myself and/or my company.
The Term of this agreement will be from the first day of this month and year, through December 31st of the next year. This term will be extended on a year to year basis, so long as payment for each year of service is received prior to December 31st.
